§ 51.081 APPLICATION FOR SEWER SERVICE.
   Applications for sewer service shall be filed with the City Clerk upon a form to be supplied by the city. The application shall state the name of the applicant and the premises served. All applications filed shall be accompanied by a connection fee of $300 per equivalent, payable to the City Treasurer.
