§ 50.13 SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS DUE UPON CONFIRMATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL.
   All special assessments, except such installments thereof as the City Council shall make payable at a future time as provided in this chapter, shall be due and payable upon confirmation of the special assessment roll.
