§ 50.02 COST OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT MAY BE DEFRAYED BY SPECIAL ASSESSMENT.
   The City Council by adopting a resolution may determine the whole or a part of the expense of a local public improvement or repair to be defrayed by a special assessments upon the property especially benefitted.
