The secretary of the Commission shall be the custodian of the publications of the Commission, and shall distribute and/or exchange publications with other municipalities, governments and institutions under the rules and regulations as shall be established by the Commission. Copies of any of the above items or other materials of the Commission may be sold by the secretary at prices to be fixed by the Commission to the public at large. The money arising from the sales and from certified copies of documents shall be placed in the Historical Fund.
