§ 32.096 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CITY. The City of Hamtramck.
   COMMISSION. The Historical Commission as herein created.
   COUNCIL. The City Council of the City of Hamtramck.
   SHALL. Always mandatory and not merely directory.
