§ 32.045 REVIEW OF PUBLIC ART.
   (A)   The Arts and Culture Commission, within its rules of procedure, shall establish its vision statement and processes for the review of public art works. The Arts and Culture Commission may also appoint a jury or hold design competitions for the selection and review of public art works.
   (B)   The Arts and Culture Commission shall make a recommendation regarding the proposed public art work to the City Council. However, a positive recommendation shall not be required to advance the proposed art work for review by the City Council.
   (C)   In the event that a display and/or installation of civic, public or visual art is proposed on a site that is within the jurisdiction of another board of this city, it shall be reviewed by and reported on by that board before it is presented to the City Council.
