§ 30.012 OTHER RULES TO GOVERN.
   (A)   The rules of parliamentary procedure comprised in the current edition of Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised shall govern all meetings of the city's boards, commissions and committees, provided they are not in conflict with the charter, this subchapter or resolutions adopted pursuant to this subchapter.
   (B)   A commission may call upon the City Manager for information and services from the various city departments as it may require. Commissions may recommend to the City Council the securing of professional and consulting services as it may require, however, expenditures shall be limited to budgeted funds. Any contracts entered into for providing the services shall first be approved and authorized by the City Council.
   (C)   All boards and commissions shall prepare an annual report of their activities, accomplishments and a description of how they have attempted to achieve their objectives. This report shall be presented to the City Council.
