§ 30.008 DECORUM.
   (A)   While the board or commission is in session, the members shall preserve order and decorum. A member shall not, by conversation or otherwise, delay or interrupt the proceedings or the peace of the board or commission, disturb any member while speaking or refuse to obey the orders of the board or commission or its chair.
   (B)   If any member of the public makes personal, impertinent or slanderous remarks or becomes boisterous while addressing the board or commission, the chair may bar that person from addressing the board or commission for the remainder of the meeting.
