All reports, communications, resolutions or other supporting documents shall be submitted with an agenda. The chair of the board or commission shall furnish each board or commission member and the City Clerk with a copy of the agenda and supporting documents as legally required. All agendas shall include public comment. The Clerk shall also make the agenda available to the public.
