§ 122.012 PARKING RESTRICTIONS LOITERING, EXTERIOR LIGHTING, AND MONITORING REQUIREMENTS.
   The manager and/or employees shall require patrons to leave the parking lot of the smoking lounge business by 2:30 a.m. The manager and/or employees shall insure that patrons of the smoking lounge business are not parking in adjacent or neighboring parking lots or in residential areas that are not part of the parking area provided to the licensed premises. It shall be the duty of the licensee or designated local agent:
   (A)   Signs. Post conspicuous signs stating that no loitering is permitted on the premises, no minors are permitted on the premises; and patrons must leave the parking area immediately upon close of the business;
   (B)   Monitor. Designate one or more employees to monitor, while the premises are open for business, the activities of the persons on the premises by visually inspecting the interior and exterior of the premises at least once every 90 minutes.
   (C)   Exterior. Ensure lighting of the exterior premises is provided, including all parking areas, for visual inspection and security.
