§ 72.010 STANDING OR PARKING CLOSE TO CURB; VIOLATIONS AS CIVIL INFRACTIONS.
   (A)   Excepting angled parking or as otherwise provided in this chapter, whoever stands or parks a vehicle in a roadway must ensure that:
      (1)   The vehicle is parallel with the edge of the roadway;
      (2)   The vehicle is headed in the direction of lawful traffic movement; and
      (3)   The wheels of the vehicle that are closest to the curb are within 12 inches of the curb or edge of the roadway.
   (B)   Whoever parks or stands a vehicle in a manner contrary to divisions (A)(1), (A)(2), and (A)(3) is responsible for a civil infraction.
