§ 153.012 DEVELOPMENT PLAN.

The Board may create a development plan for the area encompassed by the Downtown Development Authority, and the plan, when approved by the Board and the City Council, shall be implemented as set forth in the development plan and as required by Public Act 57 of 2018, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.4201 through 125.4230.
