§ 150.175 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ACCESSORY BUILDING. Any garage, shed, storage, or dwelling structure accessory to the principal building or dwelling.
   DEFECT. Any condition of a principal or accessory building set forth § 150.176.
   DWELLING. Any building used or intended to be used wholly or in part for living or sleeping by human occupants.
   EYESORE. A principal and/or accessory building containing one or more defects.
   PRINCIPAL BUILDING. Any structure of building housing the primary use existing on the premises, including commercial, industrial or residential. PRINCIPAL BUILDING includes a dwelling.
