§ 150.063 RODENT CONTROL.
   (A)   Pesticide to be applied. The owner, proprietor, tenant or any person having charge of any property or structure in any area zoned for business, commercial, industrial or residential purposes shall be responsible for applying pesticide for the purpose of exterminating insects, rats, vermin or other pests and their harborage places, in the interior and exterior of the premises.
   (B)   Exterminator. If the problem is not remedied with pesticide, then extermination shall be done by a licensed professional exterminator, as evidenced by the presentation of a paid receipt of the services to the official designated by the Mayor after extermination work has taken place. The owner, proprietor, tenant or any person having charge of any property shall also remove or make inaccessible materials that may serve as food for insects, rats, vermin, unwanted animals or other pests.
