The Minimum Property Standards For One and Two Living Units, as approved by the Federal Housing Administration of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, designated by it as FHA No. 300, is hereby adopted as an ordinance for the city and its provisions shall be effective in the city. From the effective date of this subchapter, the provisions of the Minimum Property Standards for One and Two Living Units shall be controlling within the limits of the city.
