§ 134.102 EMPLOYMENT OF MINORS.
   No theater owner, moving picture operator, theater licensee, operator, manager or employee, by himself, herself or another shall employ, engage or otherwise permit employment, engagement or use any minor under the age of 16 years, as an employee, entertainer or any other capacity, in or about the premises, provided, however, that so-called traveling road shows may engage or employ a minor under the age of 17 years, provided the employment or engagement is approved by the Department of Labor of the state, and provided that minors under 17 years pursuing apprenticeship courses as part of their training may be employed when the employment has the approval of the State Labor Department and a permit issued by the Board of Education covering the employment in the city.
