§ 132.113 PROHIBITION AGAINST HIGHER PRICE DUE TO PAYMENT BY SCRIP.
   No person, firm or corporation shall charge a higher price for any commodity or other thing of value by reason of the fact that it is paid for in scrip or other note or certificate issued in lieu of federal currency.
