§ 132.112 RETURN OF SCRIP.

Any holder of scrip, note or certificate who accepts any commodity or other thing of value in exchange for scrip, note or certificate at less than face value of same shall, upon tender back of the commodity or thing of value so received, be given back the scrip, note or certificate.
