§ 132.098 NO PROHIBITION AGAINST PASSING OUT CAMPAIGN LITERATURE NEAR CHURCH.
   This subchapter shall not be construed or defined as to prohibit the passing out, handing, delivering or in any manner distributing in about any property of any church or any other place of regular religious assembly of any leaflet, card, pamphlet, newspaper, sign, poster or any other printed or written matter or literature against any legislative proposal seeking to restrict or interfere with the religious liberty, as guaranteed by the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States and by Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution of the state.
