It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, partnership or association or any group of persons to pass out, hand deliver or in any other manner to distribute or post, or to induce, persuade or employ other person or persons to pass out, hand, deliver or in any other manner to distribute or post in any place in and about any property of any church or other place of regular religious assembly or within 100 feet from the property located within the city any printed, typewritten or written leaflet, card, pamphlet, newspaper, poster or any other printed or written matter or literature or any photostats, stenciled copies or any other facsimile of same, in furtherance of any political campaign in favor of or against any candidate for any public office or in favor of or against any political, public or legislative issue, question or proposal.
