§ 132.045 WITH INTENT TO COMMIT CRIME OR DAMAGE PROPERTY.

It shall be unlawful for any person to enter upon lands or premises owned by another or owned by any unit of government without lawful authority, for the purpose of committing any crime or damaging any property thereon.
