It shall be unlawful for any person without authorization of the public authority having supervision of the public property involved, or of the owner of private property involved, to place or insert or cause to be placed or inserted in any manner whatsoever any inscription drawing, mark and/or graffiti on any street, sidewalk, alley, thoroughfare, public or private building, monument, fence, structure, vehicle and/or real or personal property of any type.
