§ 132.016 BREAKING AND ENTERING COIN BOX.
   It shall be unlawful for any person within the city to maliciously and wilfully, by and with the aid and use of any key, instruments, devices or explosives, blow or attempts to blow or forces or attempts to force an entrance into any coin box, depository box, newspaper coin box or other receptacle established and maintained for the convenience of the public or of any person or persons not making payment for any inside of merchandise or service, wherein is contained any money or thing of value or for any person to extract or obtain or attempt to extract or obtain therefrom any money or thing of value so deposited or contained therein, and upon conviction hereof violators shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $200 and costs of prosecution, or by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days or by both a fine and imprisonment within the discretion of the court.
