(A) It shall be unlawful for any person within the city to steal or unlawfully take any money, goods or property of any other person, firm or corporation of the value of $100 or less.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person within the city, while a store is open to the public, to knowingly and willfully alter, transfer, remove and replace, conceal or otherwise misrepresent the price at which property is offered for sale, with intent not to pay for property or to pay less than the price at which the property is offered for sale, if the resulting difference in price is less than $100.
(C) It shall be unlawful, while a store is open to the public, with intent to defraud, obtain or attempt to obtain money or property from the store as a refund or exchange for property that was not paid for and belongs to the store with a value of less than $100.
