§ 132.001 LARCENY FROM THE CITY’S PUBLIC LIBRARIES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person within the city to procure, or take in any way from any public library in the city, or from the City Public Library any book, pamphlet, map, chart, painting, picture, photograph, periodical, newspaper, magazine manuscript or exhibit, or any part thereof, with intent to convert the same to his or her own use and upon conviction hereof violations shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $100 or by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days, or by both a fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
