§ 131.078 AUTHORITY OF POLICE DEPARTMENT TO INSPECT.
   The members of the City Police Department shall have the authority to inspect any premises whenever they have evidence constituting reasonable grounds to believe that any provisions of this subchapter is being violated on the premises.
