The Chief of Police shall issue a report on a quarterly basis to the City Council containing the nature of the violation(s) of law found, the nature of the drugs or drug paraphernalia seized, the individuals involved and, with reasonable specificity, location(s) of the contraband or illegal act. In addition, the Chief of Police shall include violations of law in this report, to the best of his or her ability, cited by other law enforcement agencies with jurisdiction in the city including relevant county, state and federal law enforcement agencies. If no violation has occurred during that quarter, then the Chief of Police shall issue a report stating this.
