§ 130.091 THREATENING, VULGAR OR INSULTING LANGUAGE OVER TELEPHONE PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to use any threatening, vulgar, indecent, obscene, immoral or insulting language over any telephone.
