§ 130.090 REPEATED CALLING PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to telephone any other person repeatedly or curse any person to be telephoned repeatedly for the sole purpose of harassing or molesting the other person or his or her family, whether or not conversation ensues, except for telephone calls made for legitimate business purposes.
