§ 130.076 OBSTRUCTING AND DISOBEYING FIRE DEPARTMENT MEMBERS IN LINE OF DUTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person within the city to knowingly and wilfully hinder, obstruct or interfere with any Fire Department officers in the performance of his or her duties, or who shall, while in the vicinity of any fire, wilfully disobey any reasonable order, rule or regulation of the officer commanding any Fire Department at a fire, under penalty of not to exceed $500 fine or by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, or by both a fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
