§ 130.075 FALSE ALARM OF FIRE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person in the city to knowingly and wilfully raise a false alarm of fire at any gathering or in any public place, or to ring any bell or operate any public or private mechanical, electrical apparatus or any type or device of communication, or combination thereof for the purpose of creating a false alarm, or to raise a false alarm of fire orally, by telephone or any type or device of communication.
