§ 130.026 DANGEROUS STRUCTURES AND PREMISES.
   (A)   Generally. No person shall maintain any structure which is a menace to the health, morals or safety of the public. No person owning or occupying any premises shall permit any condition to exist thereon which endangers the public health or safety.
   (B)   Emergency abatement. The City Manager may abate any such public nuisance, if the public safety or health requires immediate action, without preliminary order of the Council. Thereafter, the cost of abating such nuisance shall be charged against the premises and the owner thereof.
