§ 119.202 APPLICATION.

Applicants for the food handlers cards in the city shall file an application for the card with the Board of Health of city on forms approved by the Board of Health, which shall issue the food handlers card to the applicant, when a negative chest x-ray report has been approved and filed by the Board of Health.
