§ 119.164 PERMIT.
   The application for the permit to conduct a poultry slaughterhouse shall be made upon official forms furnished by the Department of Health. No permit will be unless the plans and specifications of the proposed poultry slaughterhouse shall have first been approved by the Department in accordance with the provisions of these regulations.
