§ 119.157 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PERSON. Individuals, partnership, firm, association or corporation.
   RETAIL POULTRY DEALER. Every person, individual, partnership, firm, association or corporation not a wholesale poultry dealer who deals in and/or sells poultry at retail.
   VEHICLE. The conveyance in which the poultry is carried, and includes automobile, truck, wagon or cart.
   WHOLESALE POULTRY DEALER. Every person, individual, partnership, firm, association or corporation:
      (1)   Operating a regularly established store or warehouse for the purchase, sale or consignment of poultry at wholesale in the city, or who deals in, purchases, sells or offers for sale or delivery at wholesale any poultry used or intended for human consumption; or
      (2)   Not operating a regularly established store or warehouse for the sale of poultry at wholesale in the city who deals in, sells or offers for sale or delivery at wholesale any poultry used or intended for human consumption, by traveling from place to place or along or upon the streets, alleys or public thoroughfares of the city from one prospective buyer to consignee to another, and offers to sell or consign, or does sell or consign and/or delivers from a vehicle poultry to another person, who buys or receives the poultry for re-sale in some form, and not for personal consumption.
