§ 119.099 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

Any person, partnership, association or corporation now operating any business conducted of the purpose of selling articles of food at the present time in noncompliance with this subchapter shall have 90 days from the date at which this subchapter becomes effective to comply with the provisions herein.
