§ 119.091 DEFINITION.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   STORE, SHOP AND PLACE OF BUSINESS, WHERE FOOD IS SOLD TO THE PUBLIC. Shall not be deemed to include restaurants or meat markets, nor the wagons or vehicles used by hucksters or peddlers or parks primarily used for amusement purposes, or markets.
