§ 96.014 DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY.

The city shall not be liable to any person or entity by reason of this chapter or the issuance of a foreclosed, vacant or abandoned property registration. A property registration is not a warranty or guarantee that there are no defects in or on any foreclosed, vacant or abandoned property.
