§ 94.007 LICENSING AND REGULATIONS OF ALARM INSTALLERS.
   (A)   It shall be a violation of this section for any person, firm or corporation to engage in the business of installing an alarm system unless the person has been licensed by the state in accordance with Public Act 330 of 1968, being M.C.L.A. § 338.1083, or is the owner or is installed by the owner or occupant of a residence in his or her residence.
   (B)   It shall be a violation of this section for any person, firm or corporation who is an alarm contractor, or its agent, to knowingly misrepresent any services rendered to an alarm user.
