(A) Junk, trash, abandoned vehicles and the like. Any violation of, or failure to comply with the provisions of §§ 93.001 through 93.007 shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500, and costs, or prosecution, or imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, or both a fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court. When the fine and costs are imposed, the court may provide that, in default of payment thereof, the offender shall be imprisoned for a period not to exceed 90 days unless the fine and costs shall sooner be paid. Each day that a violation of §§ 93.001 through 93.007 is continued or permitted to exist without compliance shall constitute a separate offense punishable upon conviction in the manner prescribed in this section, provided no person shall be imprisoned for a single but continuing violation of §§ 93.001 through 93.007 for a period longer than 90 days.

(1) Civil fines shall apply in the event of determination of responsibility for a municipal civil infraction. Fines shall be in an amount set forth for the offense in the schedule of fines adopted by the Thirty-First District Court, costs and other sanctions, for each offense.
(2) The defendant determined to be responsible for a municipal civil infraction may be required to pay a civil fine, costs, damages and expenses. The judge or magistrate may issue any judgment, writ or order necessary to enforce or enjoin the violation.
(3) Each violation act, as well as each subsequent day, will constitute a separate offense.
(5) The judge or magistrate may impose costs, damages and expenses as provided by law.
(6) A municipal civil infraction shall not be a lesser included offense of a criminal offense or of the City Code or other city ordinance violation which is not a civil infraction.
