The City Attorney shall:
(A) Prosecute all persons failing to comply with the terms of the notices provided for throughout this chapter;
(B) Appear at all hearings before the Construction Board of Appeals in regard to dangerous buildings;
(C) Bring suit for collect all municipal liens, assessments or costs, incurred by the Housing Code Inspector in repairing or causing to be vacated or demolished dangerous buildings; and
(D) Take any other legal action as is necessary to carry out the terms and provisions of this chapter.
