(A) Every person lawfully keeping any animal shall maintain the premises in which it is kept in a sanitary condition and free of insects, vermin, or obnoxious odors.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any animal owned or harbored to deposit fecal matter in any place other than the premises where the animal is harbored or kept unless cleaned up contemporaneously.
(C) It shall be unlawful to feed any domesticated or feral animal unwholesome or unsuitable food or unclean water to drink or to place same in unclean or unsuitable containers which are likely to cause or produce disease in the animal. Feeding is permitted in public alleys and parking lots, as well as on private property. No street feeding or feeding in public parks is allowed. Feeding areas must be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. Food must be offered to animals in a container and shall not be dumped on the ground. Any food remaining must be removed within two hours.
(D) No person shall feed wild animals or birds on public or private property. "Bird feeders," designed for this specific purpose and marketed as such must be elevated at least 48 inches above the ground level.
