§ 90.012 VIOLATION NOTICES.
    Anyone authorized by the City Manager for the enforcement of this chapter, is hereby authorized upon the witnessing of violations where it is not practical, possible, or desirable in their judgement to impound the animal may issue to the owner of the animal a violation.
