§ 90.004 PROHIBITION OF CERTAIN ANIMALS.
   (A)   The owning, keeping, or harboring of pigs, horses, cows, sheep, goats, llamas, domestic fowl, outdoor rabbits is prohibited. This section does not apply for temporary religious sacrificial purposes as permitted by law.
   (B)   Except for common household pets such as dogs and cats, it shall be unlawful for any person to keep any animal or fowl within 15 feet of any dwelling other than dwelling of owner.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to own, keep or harbor any wild animal.
