§ 74.006 RECORD KEEPING; PAYMENT OF FEES; RULES AND REGULATIONS PROMULGATED BY CITY CLERK.
   (A)   The City Clerk shall keep a complete and accurate record of all bicycle registrations.
   (B)   All fees required by this chapter shall be established by resolution annually by the City Council during adoption of the annual budget.
