For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BICYCLE. As defined by the Michigan Vehicle Code, Public Act 300 of 1949, being M.C.L.A. §§ 257.1 et seq. At the time of the adoption of this chapter, BICYCLE means a device propelled by human power upon which a person may ride, having either two or three wheels in a tandem or tricycle arrangement, all of which are over 14 inches in diameter.
