§ 70.016 REFERENCE TO MEAN CITY OF HAMTRAMCK.
   Any references in the Michigan Motor Carrier Safety Act and/or Public Act 300 of 1949, being M.C.L.A. § 257.722 to a city, township or village and/or governmental unit shall mean the City of Hamtramck.
