The Michigan Motor Carrier Safety Act, as amended and Public Act 300 of 1949, being M.C.L.A. § 257.722 is hereby adopted by reference in it entirety and made part thereof. Notice is hereby given that a copy of the Public Safety Act and Michigan Compiled Law is available for inspection during business hours at the office of the City Clerk.
