§ 50.031 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BULK REFUSE CONTAINER. Includes containers, dumpsters, boxes, shipping containers and other containers used to hold things for transport or storage holding over eight cubic yards, including licensed vehicles or trailers parked in the right-of-way overnight.
   PROVIDER. The person or entity leasing or otherwise providing a bulk refuse container for use.
