(A) The owner, contractor, occupant or other person responsible for construction work shall remove from the premises all construction refuse. The materials shall be removed outside the city limits or disposed of in accordance with the directions of the code official.
(B) Hazardous waste shall be the responsibility of the producer or owner thereof and shall not be mixed with refuse to be collected by the city, disposed of, or allowed to be stored or transported without the written approval of the city and then only under the supervision of a person appointed by the Department who has knowledge of the safety measures necessary to protect the public health and safety during the storing, transporting or disposing of hazardous waste.
